Why you ask? 99% of our returns are not defective. The problem is usually in the set-up process. When you call for the return authorization number one of our technicians will be happy to speak with you to insure that the unit is truly defective. Our help line is open from 9AM to 9PM EST, 7 days a week. The product must be returned in the original package with all accessories and must be in NEW Condition. Any cosmetic damage or physical alterations will possibly void your full refund. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for return shipping.
